1. Consultation & contract signing

We’ll get together to discuss what you’re after and talk through ideas and requirements for your new website. We’ll talk you through our process, timelines and what you’ll need to provide. Once we’ve agreed on the requirements of your site, we’ll provide you with a contract to sign and an invoice for the first deposit to get started.

2. Design & registration

Once we start, we’ll register your chosen domain names and set up hosting for you to ensure your website can be found online. Then we start designing the wireframes for your website so you can see the layout and design features.

3. First review

We’ll present you with the first draft and you’ll get to provide feedback. This is also when you’ll need to supply us with any copy you have, images and branding (if it hasn’t already been done by us). If you’ve chosen our SEO copywriting add-on, this is when you’ll see a first draft of your copy to review too.

4. Second review & third review

Once you’ve given us your valuable feedback, we’ll go away and make the necessary changes. Sometimes, this takes 2 or 3 tries, but we promise it’s worth it!

5. Training

Once we’ve signed off on the site, we’ll do a 2 hour training with you to take you through how to manage your site once we’ve handed it over. This might include how to update text, upload images or add new pages. You’ll feel super prepared to look after your website once we’ve finished.

6. Hand over

Once everything has been completed, we’ll set your site live and hand over the reigns to you. We’ll also provide you with all the hosting and domain details for your safekeeping.
